Job Summary
As an IT Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of client systems and end-user devices. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices, and managing hardware replacements. You will be tasked with documenting all technical steps within a ticket system while providing high-quality customer advice and support. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys direct problem-solving and technical interaction. The position offers an attractive salary of up to €50,000 per annum, flexible working hours, and modern IT tools. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration or equivalent); retraining/career-changer courses are not accepted.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support
- Professional experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience in the installation and configuration of notebooks, PCs, and peripherals
- Proven experience in documenting technical processes in ticket systems
