Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician in Ingolstadt, you will join a leading European IT service provider focused on digital transformation. Your daily responsibilities will center on providing comprehensive technical support to users, both remotely and on-site. This includes managing the service point, troubleshooting Windows clients and printers, and handling network-related issues. You will be responsible for processing tickets and Requests for Service (RFS) in a structured manner, while also resolving escalated technical inquiries. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong grasp of Windows operating systems and fundamental networking layers. The position offers an attractive package including a salary up to €40,000, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and extensive training opportunities.
