Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to join a leading European IT service provider in Wolfsburg as a 2nd Level IT Service Technician. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical support tickets across 1st, 2nd, and occasionally 3rd levels using BPoS. Your tasks will include installing and configuring notebooks, managing employee onboarding/offboarding, and supporting a diverse hardware environment including PCs, monitors, and iPhones. You will also manage user accounts and permissions within Azure AD and oversee mobile devices via Intune. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys troubleshooting and contributing to larger projects like multi-factor authentication rollouts. The role is initially offered through labor leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover, providing a stable career path with regulated working hours and a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent experience
  • Technical professional experience in on-site service, user support, or 1st/2nd level support (remote or onsite)
  • Experience in workplace services involving PCs, notebooks, monitors, and iPhones
  • Experience using ticket systems is preferred
  • Experience with account and mailbox management in Azure AD
