Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician in Augsburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of approximately 3,000 Windows clients, including specialized industrial hardware such as panel PCs and industrial tablets. Your daily routine involves the installation and configuration of IT workplace hardware, performing hardware rollouts, and providing direct onsite and remote support to business users. You will act as a primary problem-solver, diagnosing technical errors and meticulously documenting your steps within a ticketing system. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and direct user interaction.
