Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Extensive experience with Windows 10 and 11 Enterprise environments
  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting including log analysis and driver diagnostics
  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of network and telecommunications systems
  • Experience working in production-proximate or industrial customer environments
