Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer requests through both telephone and professional ticketing systems. Your daily responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT environments, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, networks, and firewalls. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring meticulous documentation of all system changes and resolutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional support experience in Microsoft environments
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365 systems
- Professional experience with Linux systems is preferred
- Proven track record in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in independent and structured task management
