As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a primary technical point of contact for client inquiries, managing requests through both telephone and professional ticket systems. Your daily responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT infrastructures, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, network components, and firewalls. Experience

  • Experience in the maintenance and support of Microsoft Office 365 systems
  • Professional experience in Linux system support
  • Proven track record in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in the administration and monitoring of customer IT systems
