Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer requests through both telephone and professional ticketing systems. Your daily responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT environments, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, networks, and firewalls. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring meticulous documentation of all system changes and support cases. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support within Microsoft environments
- Professional experience in the maintenance of MS Office 365 systems
- Proven experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux systems is preferred
- Professional experience in server, storage, and network administration
