Job Summary
As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical point of contact for technical inquiries, managing customer requests through both telephone support and a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities involve the comprehensive administration and monitoring of diverse IT environments, including Windows and Linux servers, clients, storage solutions, networks, and firewalls. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability through proactive documentation and troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional support experience in Microsoft environments
- Experience in supporting Linux systems is preferred
- Proven experience in the maintenance and administration of MS Office 365 systems
- Professional experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience working with server, client, storage, and network technologies
