Job Summary

As an IT Project Manager for Digitalization & Software Lifecycle at BwBM, you will spearhead the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces' clothing supply chain. Operating out of the Cologne headquarters, you will lead central digitalization initiatives from initial concept through pilot phases to full-scale rollout. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as a strategic bridge between specialized departments, the IT department, and external service providers. You will manage the Customer Experience Center (CEC) as an innovation hub, identifying technological potential and structuring the software lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels at stakeholder management and change management. You will not only manage technical implementations but also actively shape organizational processes and moderate workshops to ensure digital solutions are successfully adopted across the organization's 1,900 employees.
