Job Summary

As the Head of IT Service Management at BwBM in Cologne, you will lead a growing department of 25 to 34 employees responsible for the entire IT operation of the German Armed Forces' clothing management. Your day-to-day role involves overseeing both on-premises and cloud operations, ensuring service quality through strict SLA adherence, and professionalizing ITSM processes based on ITIL standards. You will be instrumental in building a comprehensive service catalog and managing external IT service providers. Beyond operations, you will drive departmental growth by leading recruitment efforts, mentoring staff, and managing the departmental budget.
