Job Summary

As a Hardware Configuration Service Technician in Hamburg-Groß Borstel, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and deployment of IT systems. Your daily routine involves installing and configuring desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices, as well as preparing these systems for shipment. You will utilize your technical expertise to manage operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, and Android, while ensuring all technical documentation is accurately maintained. The role requires a solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addresses, VLANs, and MAC addresses, alongside BIOS and UEFI configurations.
