Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support for various industrial client companies in Munich. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation of operating systems and applications, as well as the setup and decommissioning of hardware components. You will execute standard IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and provide 1st and 2nd level support via a ticketing system.
