Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Animal Caretaker (specializing in Research and Clinic or Home and Pension Animal Care).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the breeding, housing, and care of rodents
  • Experience working with genetically modified animals in S1 and S2 biosafety levels is preferred
  • Practical experience with Individually Ventilated Cages (IVC) systems is desirable
  • Experience in maintaining research facility documentation and electronic databases
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
