Job Summary

This role involves leading the administrative operations for the newly formed Pastoral Spaces within the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Münster. As the Administrative Director, you will manage all non-pastoral staff, including administrative assistants, musicians, and facility management personnel. You will act as a strategic partner to the lead pastors by taking over operational administrative tasks and advising the church boards on personnel management, budgeting, accounting, and real estate investments. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys shaping new organizational structures and driving change processes. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/FH) in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification such as the Higher Administrative Service (Verwaltungslehrgang II or Diploma in Public Administration).

  • Professional experience in finance, specifically in Cameralistics or New Municipal Financial Management (NKF)
