Job Summary

As an On-Site IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure for up to five client teams in the Rhine-Main region. Your daily activities involve setting up, reconfiguring, and dismantling IT workstations, as well as providing both remote and on-site support for Windows-based end devices. You will act as a primary point of contact for users, guiding them through hardware and software applications while ensuring all incidents are documented and resolved via a ticketing system in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
