Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician in the Berlin metropolitan area, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations for field service staff. Your daily activities will involve setting up and configuring workstations, supporting hardware rollouts, and managing the installation and replacement of standard and specialized hardware including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will also handle asset management, inventory control, and ticket documentation within support systems. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in IT and possesses strong customer service skills. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service within field service environments
  • Experience in user support and technical troubleshooting
  • Practical knowledge of standard hardware, Microsoft products, and peripheral devices
  • Experience in ticket processing and documentation
