Job Summary

As an Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary technical contact for customers in Munich and the Southern Bavaria region. Your daily responsibilities involve performing maintenance and technical support for end-user hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware, network, and Windows workstation errors, while documenting all activities within ticketing systems. A significant part of the role includes setting up complete workstations, managing data backups, and instructing users on system operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Experience in managing Active Directory and user permissions
  • Practical experience in hardware setup and workstation configuration
  • Experience working with IT ticketing and documentation systems
