As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance at a major IT service provider's location near Potsdamer Platz. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing direct hands-on support for hardware and conference room equipment. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and resetting laptops while managing all service requests through a professional ticketing system. The role requires working in shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. Required Skills

Education

Experience
