Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues directly at the client's premises. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and installing workstations, including specialized setups for Microsoft Teams telephony. You will be responsible for the maintenance of various hardware components and media technology, while also managing assets and inventory for customer hardware. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical disruptions in person. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and physical hardware management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, specifically in hardware and user assistance
  • Experience in the setup and configuration of IT workstations and peripherals
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving technical disruptions on-site
  • Experience in asset and warehouse management for IT equipment
