Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or Medical Technical Assistant (MTA).

Experience

  • Professional experience in forensic or scientific accredited laboratory environments preferred
  • Practical experience with molecular biological methods such as PCR and electrophoresis
  • Experience in handling forensic evidence and sample preparation (including bone and tooth material)
  • Experience with software-based evaluation of electropherograms
  • Previous involvement in quality management or laboratory organization
