Job Summary
As an IT Specialist based in Munich, you will join a leading IT infrastructure company focused on driving digital transformation for its clients. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing critical First- and Second-Level support, conducting system performance reviews, and identifying root causes for performance issues to implement optimizations. You will also manage the incident and problem management processes while overseeing workstation installations, configurations, and updates. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and maintaining efficient IT environments. The position offers a competitive salary range of €42,000 - €52,000, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working conditions. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support or IT Service Desk environments
- Demonstrated technical and organizational understanding within an IT context
- Experience in incident management and problem management processes
- Experience in hardware and software configuration and updates
