Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Darmstadt, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, managing the full lifecycle of IT service requests from initial intake to resolution. Your daily responsibilities involve administering Active Directory, troubleshooting hardware and software issues within Level 1 and 2 support, and providing hands-on software training to end-users. You will work extensively with ticket systems and email to ensure all incidents are documented according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of remote and physical onsite support.
