Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Günzburg, you will join a growing IT service provider and consulting firm. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing IT assets. You will be responsible for installing operating systems across various platforms (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android), managing employee onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring data security through backup and encryption. The role involves direct customer interaction via email, phone, and remote tools. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, modern office equipment, and a salary of up to €45,000. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a comparable technical field
- Experience in the installation and configuration of Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android systems
- Practical knowledge of hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for PC and mobile devices
- Experience working with professional ticket systems for incident management
- Experience in managing Microsoft cloud environments including Azure and Intune

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is initially via personnel leasing with an option for permanent takeover.
