As an IT Support Specialist based in Ratingen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance within a market-leading IT system house. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support to users both remotely and directly at the IT Link Center. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, coordinating 3rd level escalations, and managing customer requests through a ticketing system in both German and English. The role involves supporting a diverse technological environment, including Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
