As a Service Desk Engineer in Cologne, you will serve as a vital point of contact for technical support within a long-standing partner of the German industry. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring ITSM processes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and providing first-level support via telephone, email, and ticketing systems. You will be responsible for qualifying, prioritizing, and categorizing incoming requests, with a special focus on supporting key accounts. The role involves working with modern hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard Office applications. Required Skills

Education
