Job Summary
As a Service Desk Engineer in Cologne, you will serve as a vital point of contact for technical support within a long-standing partner of the German industry. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring ITSM processes, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and providing first-level support via telephone, email, and ticketing systems. You will be responsible for qualifying, prioritizing, and categorizing incoming requests, with a special focus on supporting key accounts. The role involves working with modern hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard Office applications. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Business Management Assistant (Informatikkaufmann), PC and Network Specialist, or a comparable IT qualification.
