Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Bremen, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, providing hands-on technical assistance at a dedicated 'TechBar'. Working for an IT managed services provider, your daily responsibilities include resolving high-priority support tickets, performing 2nd level hardware and software troubleshooting, and managing Windows and iOS environments. You will also handle hardware provisioning, network monitoring, and software deployments using SCCM. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user interaction and technical problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in hardware Break & Fix
- Professional experience in direct end-user support
- Practical experience with SCCM for image installations and software deployment
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems
- Professional experience supporting Windows and iOS operating systems
