Job Summary
As a 2nd Level Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and developing custom solutions for complex IT issues within a leading European logistics and transport provider. Your daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, collaborating with external service providers, and specifying requirements for internal IT applications. You will play a key role in the company's digitalization efforts by creating concepts for software development and managing IT projects. The position requires a blend of support expertise and hands-on programming to optimize software systems. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or software development, ideally within the logistics sector
- Experience working with C#, MS SQL, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework
- Experience in version control using Git

- Experience in creating technical concepts and specifications for software applications
