As a 2nd Level Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and developing custom solutions for complex IT issues within a leading European logistics and transport provider. Your daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, collaborating with external service providers, and specifying requirements for internal IT applications. You will play a key role in the company's digitalization efforts by creating concepts for software development and managing IT projects. The position requires a blend of support expertise and hands-on programming to optimize software systems. Required Skills

Education
