Job Summary
This role involves providing high-quality technical support for a leading IT service provider in Mannheim. As a 2nd Level Support specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation and configuration of new software, conducting detailed error analyses, and resolving technical issues for users via telephone, remote access, or on-site visits. You will also play a key role in maintaining the internal knowledge database by documenting solutions.
