As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will join a global organization of over 1,000 specialists across six countries, ensuring smooth IT operations through an open and appreciative corporate culture. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive support for national and international user requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be responsible for client installation and administration, conducting user training sessions, and managing smaller IT projects. The role focuses heavily on error analysis and solution development to resolve technical issues efficiently. Required Skills
