Job Summary
As an Onsite Support Technician in Nuremberg, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues within a dynamic IT infrastructure environment. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical errors using a knowledge base, providing direct support to users regarding their end devices and IT processes, and managing tickets via ServiceNow. You will classify customer inquiries, escalate complex issues to specialized departments, and provide telephone-based first-level support. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or IT Systems Management Assistant.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or initial experience in a Service Desk environment
- Technical and organizational proficiency in handling end-user devices and IT processes
- Experience in classifying, documenting, and escalating technical inquiries
- Experience using ticketing tools and knowledge bases for error resolution
