Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist in Berlin, you will play a vital role in a market-leading IT solutions provider, focusing on both 1st and 2nd level support for telecommunications and video conferencing systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing vVoIP environments (innovphone), processing incident reports via ticket systems, and performing hardware rollouts and inventory management. You will also provide direct client-side support for IT user services. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification; MCSA Certification or comparable current Microsoft certification required.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support
- Professional experience with Windows and standard office software
- Practical experience using ticket systems for incident management
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support for TK/VK systems
