Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers in Munich. As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support directly at the client's site. Your daily tasks will include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, troubleshooting complex IT infrastructure issues, and managing 2nd level support requests. You will also play a key role in VIP support and escalation management for sophisticated technical inquiries. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in the installation and configuration of hardware and software components
- Experience in analyzing and resolving IT infrastructure malfunctions
- Experience in managing complex technical inquiries and escalation processes
