Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Agent in Darmstadt, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues within a well-established IT partner of the German industry. Your daily responsibilities include receiving and qualifying IT disruption reports, providing 1st level support for user accounts and access permissions, and documenting all processes within a ticket system. You will be responsible for resolving initial issues or escalating complex cases to 2nd and 3rd level support teams. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or IT business management, or a comparable qualification with relevant IT background knowledge.
Experience
- Professional experience in a Service Desk environment
- Experience in handling and documenting tasks within a ticket system
- Practical experience in 1st level support including user access and activations
- Background in IT infrastructure, rollouts, or hardware/software provisioning
