Job Summary

As an IT Technician based in Munich and Starnberg, you will be the primary point of contact for technical infrastructure within an established consulting firm. Your daily responsibilities include managing the complete IT workplace setup, installing workstations, and providing both 1st and 2nd level on-site support. You will handle ticket processing, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and coordinate with external service providers. A key part of the role involves implementing site-specific IT projects across quality assurance and production environments.
