Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Gilching, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of on-site IT infrastructure within an international work environment. Your primary responsibilities include providing 2nd level support for Windows clients, printers, and network issues, as well as troubleshooting mobile devices. You will execute IT support tasks following standard industry protocols such as Break & Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and 'Hands and Eyes' support. Additionally, you will handle project-based assignments as required.
