Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Freising, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions within a market-leading IT services environment. You will independently analyze technical malfunctions, develop effective solutions for IT infrastructure issues, and provide direct support to customers. The role involves documenting work processes and maintaining modern IT landscapes, including cloud services and outsourcing solutions. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in IT or comparable qualifications in IT support.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Practical experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Experience in hardware and software installation and configuration
- Proven ability in technical problem analysis and solution development
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based in Freising/Munich area. Initial placement via employee leasing with a permanent takeover option.
