As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of IT infrastructure for a prominent chemical company in Brunsbüttel. Your daily routine involves providing personal support at the Service Point, troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and in person, and managing the repair of various devices including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You will also handle software installations, OS deployments, and the physical setup of IT components during office relocations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys direct user interaction and technical documentation. Initially starting through personnel leasing, there is a clear option for permanent takeover by the client company.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant IT sector experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Second Level Support, including both remote and onsite user assistance
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Demonstrated experience in the configuration and initial setup of mobile and desktop hardware
  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Client applications and network environments
