As a 2nd Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex technical malfunctions within IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams to ensure efficient problem escalation and the implementation of new technologies. You will also play a key role in system monitoring, performance optimization, and the maintenance of security policies through regular patching and updates.
