Job Summary

As a Biostatistician within the R&D Diagnostics division, you will serve as the analytical engine driving the development of next-generation medical diagnostics. Operating in a multidisciplinary environment across global sites, you will be responsible for planning and executing statistical analyses for complex studies that provide the evidence required for global regulatory approvals. Your day-to-day involves programming statistical software (primarily R), performing root-cause analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights for non-specialist stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations. This role is highly collaborative, offering the chance to mentor junior team members and students while contributing to internal Communities of Practice. This position is particularly attractive for those seeking to apply modern statistical modeling and machine learning techniques within a regulated, life-saving healthcare context.
