Job Summary
As a 2nd Level IT Support Technician in Schongau, you will serve as a critical technical resource for a leading IT consulting firm. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing hardware repairs, managing complex IT malfunctions, and installing, configuring, and commissioning various IT systems. You will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of Windows operating systems while resolving incidents through a central ticketing system. Required Skills
Education

- Proven experience in the installation and configuration of IT systems
