Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructures for large enterprises and public sector clients. Your daily tasks will involve the installation, relocation, and decommissioning of IT systems, including unpacking components, connecting client units and peripherals, and meticulously maintaining checklists. You will perform essential IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), conduct functional tests on both hardware and software, and carry out vital maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills in hardware, software, and operating systems, coupled with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
