Job Summary
As a Service Desk Team Coordinator in Hamburg, you will serve as a technical leader for a team of 10 to 12 service desk employees within a leading German IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating team resources, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will act as a key technical point of contact for clients while managing ticket processing, error analysis, and the maintenance of internal knowledge bases. This role balances operational leadership with hands-on support, requiring you to classify and document incidents while escalating complex issues when necessary. The position offers an attractive salary up to €50,000 p.a. and a long-term career perspective with a modern office environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Service Desk or User Help Desk (UHD) environments
- Practical experience in First Level Support
- Experience in using ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Experience in technical team coordination or leadership of 10-12 employees
- Proven track record in error analysis and incident classification
