This role is dedicated to addressing the shortage of skilled professionals within daycare centers (Kitas) and open all-day schools (OGS) in the city of Münster. As a Specialist for Talent Acquisition and Retention, you will work at the intersection of private providers, administration, and local politics to develop innovative solutions for recruiting and keeping qualified educational staff. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating municipal measures, advising daycare providers on personnel development, and managing regional networks to foster professional exchange. You will also be responsible for managing the municipal budget for these initiatives and preparing reports and decision-making templates for political committees. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in a field relevant to the tasks, or qualification for the general administrative service (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt), or completion of the Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience relevant to the field of study
  • Professional experience in public administration or a related educational sector
  • Experience in developing strategic concepts and innovative solutions
  • Experience in managing networks and coordinating between multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing official reports and decision-making documents for committees
