Job Summary

As an IT Coordinator for the Waste Management Operations (awm) in Münster, you will be the central point of contact for all technical matters, ensuring a stable and modern IT infrastructure for approximately 500 employees. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT systems, overseeing networks and workstations, and supporting staff with technical issues and application problems. You will play a key role in the digital transformation by selecting and implementing new specialized software and hardware, while also managing IT documentation and access rights. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of administration, coordination, and hands-on support. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector if applying with a vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in IT or digitalization if applying with a public administration background.
  • Professional experience in IT system administration and coordination.
  • Experience in supporting employees with technical hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in managing IT documentation and quality assurance measures.
