This role within the City of Münster's Personnel and Organizational Office is central to the city's digital transformation. As a Digitalization Project Coordinator, you will act as a strategic consultant for various municipal departments, guiding them through the implementation of digital solutions such as electronic filing systems (E-Akten). Einstiegsamt), completion of Administrative Training II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or a Bachelor/Diploma degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Public Administration, or Business Informatics.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience relevant to the field and level of study
  • Experience in the analysis and digitalization of administrative processes
  • Proven experience in requirements management and translating business needs into IT requirements
  • Experience in managing IT and digitalization projects
  • Professional experience in a public administration or municipal environment is preferred
