Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer for Mechatronic Systems at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in the design and lifecycle management of rail vehicle components. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating and adapting technical documentation, including architecture specifications and requirement definitions for mechatronic functions and software components. You will be responsible for ensuring overall functionality at the train level, managing interfaces, and conducting impact analyses for technical changes. A significant part of the role includes collaborating with RAMS engineers to consolidate FMEA and PHA reports, as well as supporting commissioning and type testing activities.
