This full-time, permanent role involves supporting the IT management of AGL, a municipal subsidiary in Lüneburg responsible for critical infrastructure. You will be the primary point of contact for first and second-level support, handling standard software and specialized applications such as GIS, CAD, and ERP systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical issues via Jira, managing user permissions, and maintaining IT asset inventories. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and user assistance
- Experience in handling ticket systems such as Jira
- Experience in managing specialized software applications (e.g., GIS, CAD, or ERP)
- Experience in IT procurement and inventory management is preferred
- Experience with data protection and information security standards is preferred
