This role involves supporting the IT infrastructure of Abwasser, Grün & Lüneburger Service GmbH (AGL), a municipal subsidiary in Lüneburg. As an IT Management Specialist, you will be responsible for first- and second-level support, troubleshooting standard software and specialized applications such as GIS/CAD and ERP systems. Your day-to-day tasks include managing IT assets, handling procurement according to established concepts, and maintaining user permissions. You will also play a key role in documenting processes in Jira and Confluence and collaborating on digitalization projects.
