Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the safety and quality of life for residents in elderly and nursing care facilities across Germany. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of modern nurse call systems in accordance with DIN VDE 0834 standards. You will perform functional and safety tests, troubleshoot existing systems, and document your work while coordinating directly with nursing staff and facility management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrical Systems Installer, Systems Electronics Technician) or several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical or communication technology
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of technical systems
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently on-site
- Willingness to travel nationwide for approximately 20 weeks per year
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to undergo training and certification for DIN VDE 0834. High mobility required for nationwide field service (approx. 20 weeks/year).
